We are still here, Romero Family Funeral Home has served our entire state of Colorado since 1977 and will continue to be dedicated in serving our families and our communities with honor and dignity to our departed loved ones during the time of this Coronavirus pandemic. Our offices will remain open and our professional, caring staff will continue to serve our families with the utmost dignity and respect during this critical time. (Unless the CDC mandates we close).
As we all know our communities are faced with mandated guidelines elected by the Governor and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) to not allow gatherings of groups of 10 or more at one time. These protocols are deemed necessary by the CDPHE are for the health and safety of our families and the community.
We encourage our families to understand and follow the guidelines effective immediately for the next 8 weeks starting Thursday, March 19, 2020. We will schedule and honor already scheduled funeral services and viewings with groups or alternate groups of 10 or less at a given time. With these guidelines mandated in place, we ask of you for your help in letting your family know that services will be held private for just the immediate family or friends.
As we are all mindful of our surroundings due to the COVID-19, rest assured that our locations continue to be clean and safe. Our safety protocols are everything from hand washing, cleaning and sanatizing all facilities daily with all proper cleaning measures. Let's all do our part in practicing social distancing and health recommendations.
We would like to thank you in advance for putting your trust in us. If we can answer any questions or concerns feel free to contact our funeral director's at 303-433-3333 or at [email protected].
