Albert Don Castro

September 27, 1949 - March 4, 2022

Albert Castro ( bobby) was born on September 27,1949 to the proud parents of Porfedio Castro and Olympia Castro . Bobby was the middle child of 7 children. His siblings Charlie,Gilbert,Jimmy,Raymond,Margie and Linda. He Grew up in west Denver (Lipan st). He often said he was the original Lipan Boy. Bobby attended West high school were he played football. He met Sophie at 15 married her at 17 and had 5 children with her; Porfedio (Pete) Cindy, Angie, Beverly, and Anthony. Bobby loved his family and showed this by working days and attending night school at Emily Griffith. He graduated as a certified Carpenter. This helped him to get a Government job at Rocky Flats arsenal where he worked for over 10 years. Bobby faced challenges after his divorce from Sophie, but he was a fighter and overcame them in time and the help of Our Lord. Bobby’s favorite color was white, he loved to watch Shepard’s Chapel everyday. He was a math wizard and could solve difficult equations and liked to show this to his grandchildren. He loved to debate politics with anyone that would have the guts to get into a debate with him. Bobby is proceeded in death by both his parents and 4 siblings. He leaves behind his children Porefedio (Pete) Cindy, Angie , Beverly and Anthony, 3 Godchildren, 23 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren. Numerous nephews and nieces which he cared and loved deeply. He will be missed by all that new and loved him.
