James (Jimmy) Edward Maes

April 21, 1961 - January 15, 2022

James Edward Maes "Jimmy" 60 was born on April 21, 1961 in Denver, Colorado. He went home to be with the the Lord Jesus on January 15, 2022. Jimmy is survived by his parents Francisco and Bonnie Maes, his siblings Rick, Francisco Jr. (Linda Cooper), Edward, and Regina Sandoval (Antonio). Jimmy will also be missed by 5 nieces, 4 nephews along with Uncles, Aunts, cousins and friends which he cherished. He loved spending his time listening to classic rock, watching the Denver Broncos, and took pride in keeping a beautiful lawn and home. Jimmy spent a lot of time during his life in his youth as a Boy Scout and adult in the beautiful mountains of Colorado fishing, camping and hiking. Jimmy will be missed by many. Visitation, Wednesday, February 9, 2022, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm; with a Catholic service to follow at 4:00 pm at Romero Chapel Lakewood, 1805 S Sheridan Blvd. Interment April 21, 2022 Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery with reception to follow.
