Javier O. Talavera was born April 22nd, 1969, and passed to eternal life on December 12th, 2021. "Javs" as he was known to many was born to Maria Luisa Casas-Talavera and Onesimo Talavera-Grijalva, in Firestone, CO. He was raised his entire life in Denver, Colorado. An Original to the Northside, he was generous, kind, respectful, and loved his family and friends. In his younger years he traveled and lived in Rodeo Durango Mexico, it was always a special place where he had many cherished memories, and planned to return someday. In his later years he developed a passion for riding his bike, you could find him anywhere from Zuni Park up through Rocky Mountain Park, and throughout his beloved Northside. He loved all types of music, and he enjoyed a good dance once in a while. He was the best at telling funny stories, always had a good laugh and a positive attitude. He will be greatly missed and will live in our hearts forever. Absent from the Body, Present with the Lord 2 Corinthians 5:8 He is preceded in death by his father Onesimo Talavera, and his older brother, Oscar R. Talavera. He is survived by his mother Maria L. Talavera, his younger brother Eduardo Talavera, his sisters; Sandra Nevarez (Marcelo), Alma Nevarez (Jaime), Susana Flores (Adan), 6 nieces, 6 nephews, 3- grand-nieces and 4- grand nephews along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who loved him dearly.
