Jesse "Churro" Uranga

December 1, 1955 - March 21, 2022

Jesse “Churro” Uranga was born on December 1, 1955 in Paducah, Texas to Dario Uranga and Lorenza Martinez. Jesse moved to California where he received his education and diploma. From an early age, with his father, he developed his passion for music and playing the drums. He came to be an excellent drummer and played in bands in California and Colorado. He loved to be where the music was and enjoyed playing but also dancing. Jesse was a kind hearted person who liked spending time with family and the simple things in life, like watching TV. Watching westerns and the Price is Right was his favorite. On March 3, 2022 Jesse went home to be with the Lord. He was a very special person and will be missed by all those who had the opportunity to know him. He Preceded by parents; Dario and Lorenza Uranga and brother; John Uranga and survived by his Son; Jesse Jr., Daughters; Selena and Joyce, Brothers; Dario Jr., Danny, and David, Sisters; Marylou, Mari, Gloria and Margarita, 7 grandchildren and 1 greatgrandchild.
