Timothy Marcos Chavez II

March 1, 1982 - January 12, 2022

In memory and love for my son Timothy Marcos Chavez who was a native of Colorado. Timothy was born March 1, 1982 to Timothy Wayne Chavez whose current wife is Della and Mother Roberta Mascarenas (Salas) as well as Stepson to Scott Mascarenas. All those who met him loved him and won’t forget his infectious smile. He was self-employed and the sole owner of Midwest Construction. Timothy loved the mountains, camping & fishing and always was the expert when he took his city cousins with him. His other passion was riding his motorcycle. He was talented in many ways, but his dream was to open a food truck and call it “Fat Bastard”, this reflects the silliness of our Timmy. He was the loving father of five children who he leaves behind, Jewlysa 20, Jewlyana 17, Timothy Jr. 16, Novianna 8, Jasenia 5. He is survived by his sister Andrea Chavez, Brother Jonathan Romero, who is partnered with Alejandra. He also leaves behind his little sisters Jaelynn, Jazzmin and Faith and grew up with Stepbrothers Christopher, Jeremy, and stepsisters, Candice Mascarenas and Trish (Gabriel) Montanez . He was Uncle to Millie and Frankie. Preceded by Grandmothers Alice Quintana, Aurora (Nikki) Chavez, Grandfathers Marcos Salas and Tony Chavez. Tim has many Uncles, Aunts, cousins, and friends. Although it’s not our wish to remember our Timothy through the tragedy that ended his life because he was such a fun loving & giving person, it needs to be known that Tim was taken from us in his home Jan 12, 2022. All our hearts are broken beyond imagination, and Tim will be dearly missed by all. Services will be held January 28, 2022 from 12-3pm at Romero Funeral Home 4750 Tejon St, Denver, Colorado with reception to follow from 3:30 to 6pm Highlands Masonic Temple, 3550 Federal Blvd. Denver, CO 80211 ; flowers can be sent the day before by 4pm.
