He is preceded in death by his mothers, Angela Alcon and Alice Salas, father Wayne Norris II, His children Adrian (Chaley) Norris, Andrew (Mariana) Norris-Solis, and Wayne Norris keep his legacy alive. Tony Alcon and Wayne "Sonny" Norris also keep his memory alive. Aaron Norris, Orlando Norris, and Sonia Salas, his siblings. Wayne has numerous grandchildren. Wayne loved watching NASCAR and rooting for his favorite team the Las Vegas Raiders.
